Our story
From one desk in Ruai Town
We began during the COVID period, house-hunting for clients who were adjusting their lifestyles and needed somewhere affordable, safe and quick to move into. That work was personal, and it set the tone for everything since.
We started with one staff member sharing an office in Ruai Town. As landlords began referring us to other landlords, we grew into our own office in Utawala — opposite Family Bank, near Gates Club — and later to Waris Mall along the Ruai Bypass.
Today we manage apartments, halls, retail spaces, residential main houses and Airbnb units, and we walk buyers and sellers through transactions with the same care.
